Delete your KAHAN account

You can delete your KAHAN account and the personal data stored with it. This page explains how, without installing anything extra.

Delete it in the app

Open KAHAN and sign in.
Go to your profile and open Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Deletion is permanent and you are signed out.

Or ask by email

If you cannot open the app, email [email protected] from the email address on the account. Use the subject “Delete my KAHAN account” and include your username. We delete the account after we confirm the request is yours.

What we delete

We delete your login, profile (name, username, photo, bio, date of birth, and country), videos you posted, comments, direct messages, likes, follows, saved videos, and support tickets tied to the account. That content is no longer available in KAHAN, and the account cannot sign in again.

What we do not delete

Copies of videos or messages that other people already saved on their own devices.
A single video, if you only wanted that removed. Delete that video from your profile instead of deleting the whole account.

KAHAN does not offer partial deletion of an account. Deleting the account removes the data listed above together.
